4. Engage citizens and institutions to address critical issues from multiple points according to one plan.
5. Align the plans and work of existing public and private agencies, organizations, partnerships and initiatives.
6. Increase shared accountability for community plans.
7. Provide local foundations, businesses and government entities with the information necessary to make grants, direct economic activities, and appropriate government monies based on a common set of priorities and needs.
8. Set community priorities, identify a set of highly leveraged initiatives that can "turn the tide" to improve performance.
9. Leverage state and federal monies.
10. Engage the Tulsa community area to become a "learning community."
11. Reinforce a "Great Tulsa Community" approach to economic and community development human service priorities.
12. Develop and sustain an implementation infrastructure to support the goals for Step Up Tulsa!
