Step Up, Speak Out.
Step Up Tulsa! is a public-driven initiative to assess problem areas and point out bold ideas for change. We've all heard of – and possibly seen – one of the hundreds of plans developed by civic groups, public organizations and inspired citizens to improve our city. Step Up Tulsa! wants to align the best parts of these plans to develop one plan that can measurably solve and improve the quality of life in our region. In short – a plan of plans.

Step by step, we can work together to determine the future
of our region. But we can't do it alone. We need your help,
your support, and your ideas to make Tulsa a better place.

A Step-by-Step Planning Process.
A Chinese saying holds that the longest journey
begins with the first step. Our first step is a series of
Step Up Tulsa! Stakeholder Meetings. Working together,
a group of 150 area residents is identifying Tulsa's
unique strengths, weaknesses and opportunities.
They're prioritizing the issues facing our community and
generating a bold, shared vision for the future of the
Tulsa region.

A Step Ahead.
Maybe you'd like our little corner of Oklahoma
become more of a regional or national destination.
You might want more parks and trails – or more
nightlife. Maybe you'd like to see more places for
young adults to gather. Perhaps you want Tulsa to follow
in the footsteps of other great cities and develop our own
Artist's Market like Santa Fe or a Riverwalk like San Antonio.
You might even want us to have an attraction like Cleveland's Rock and Roll Hall of Fame or Seattle's Pike Place Market.

Whatever you value, whatever you envision, it's time to Step Up Tulsa! and face the challenge. Our community is at a crossroads and it's time to move ahead – or fall behind. This is your chance to step forward and make a difference.

The Results Are In.
